The tenant scan is provided at no charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postwarden accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the scan or reliance on its report.
The scan report highlights mail that our automated checks consider suspicious, based on a limited look-back window and a limited set of signals. It is a starting point for your own investigation, not a comprehensive security assessment, a penetration test, or a compliance audit. Absence of a finding in the report is not a certification that your mail flow is safe, and presence of a finding is not a certification that a message is malicious — you should independently verify anything the report flags before acting on it.
Requesting or completing a free scan does not obligate you to purchase the Postwarden gateway or any other product, and does not obligate Postwarden to offer you a particular price, contract, or level of service. Either party may walk away at any point with no further commitment. Separate terms apply if and when you subscribe to the paid gateway service, and will be provided to you before you do so.
You must have the authority to grant the read-only permission the scan requests for the tenant in question — for example, as its administrator or with the administrator's consent. You must not use the scan against a tenant you do not have the right to inspect.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect is the one published at this address at the time you run a scan.
